In my work with Anglian Water, we embarked on a pivotal project aimed at enhancing workplace safety. The vision extended beyond design to encompass organizational change.
Together, our team introduced "Safe and Well" – a comprehensive tool serving as a central hub for Health and Safety, integrating assessments, reports, and people management.
